House painting
House painting, inside and out
Interior and exterior on one plan for Palestine and Tyler homes, from the first patched nail hole to the last coat on the trim.
Chapter 01
Why a house painted in pieces looks it
A house painted in pieces tends to look painted in pieces. The trim white outside does not quite match the trim white inside, the doors get a different sheen than the baseboards, and two schedules leave months between the first coat and the last.
House painting here means one plan for the whole home, from refreshing a single room to inside and out. Interior covers walls, ceilings and trim, doors, baseboards and window frames, accent walls and specialty finishes, plus drywall repairs and texture matching. Exterior covers siding, brick, stucco and wood, trim, shutters, doors and porches, with pressure washing and surface preparation first.
Same crew, same standard, whichever side of the wall they are on.

How a whole-home job runs
Every room and every surface gets prepared before it is painted. We cover and protect furniture, flooring and fixtures, and we work clean and respect the home throughout. We tell you what to move beforehand and take care of the rest.
Repairs are part of the preparation, so minor ones are included: filling nail holes, caulking gaps and fixing small cracks. Extensive repairs are quoted separately, and we can coordinate them with the painting so the schedule stays in one piece.
Interior jobs usually take one to three days, and exteriors three to five. We can often start within one to three weeks, and for an urgent need we do our best to work you in. Every estimate is written and detailed, so you can see where each cost sits before you decide.
Chapter 03
Paint is a schedule, not a one-time purchase
Plan on repainting busy interior rooms every 5-7 years and the exterior every 7-10.
Interior rooms with less traffic can go seven to ten years. The exterior interval depends on the surface material and how much weather the house takes, which in East Texas means sun, humidity and the occasional hard storm.
We use Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore unless you ask for something else, chosen for how well it lasts and how easily it washes. We are fully insured, and if something isn’t right after we finish, we make it right. The details are in your estimate and walkthrough.
