Commercial & New Construction

Commercial and new construction painters in Palestine and Tyler, Texas

Offices, retail floors, medical suites and new builds, painted on a schedule that keeps your doors open, from our base in Palestine to Tyler and beyond.

Chapter 01

A working space can’t just stop for the paint crew

Painting an empty house and painting an office, a store or a clinic are different problems. The room is still in use, people are still in it, and the paint has to be dry, sealed and out of the way before the next shift or the next patient walks in. What fails on these jobs is rarely the color. It is the schedule, the dust and the scuffed corner nobody protected.

Offices in Palestine and Tyler run from executive offices and conference rooms to open workspace, cubicle zones, reception areas and break rooms. Retail runs from the storefront and display areas to sales floors, walkways, fitting rooms and service counters, plus the storage and back-of-house rooms customers never see but staff work in all day. Each space wants a different finish and a different order of work.

Medical and healthcare spaces carry their own standards. Patient rooms and waiting areas, exam and treatment rooms, lab and clinical areas and administrative offices call for materials and techniques suited to sterile environments and infection control protocols, so we choose products with that in mind before we talk color.

Scheduling around your hours, not ours

A small office usually takes 2 to 5 days. Larger commercial spaces can take 1 to 3 weeks. We lay out a detailed schedule in the proposal so you know which area is closed off and when, and we can work evenings, weekends and holiday periods so your doors stay open on business days.

Before a brush touches anything, we move and cover furniture, equipment and flooring. If the building has management or a property owner, we coordinate with them on the approvals we need before we start, and we help with permit requirements so paperwork doesn’t hold up the crew.

Chapter 03

Same finish in the last room as in the first

On a big job, the last room has to match the first, and that takes specifications and checkpoints, not luck.

Large projects drift when nobody owns the details. We work from detailed specifications, run quality checkpoints along the way and keep an experienced project manager on the job, so the conference room finished on Friday matches the reception area from Monday.

New construction is the same discipline with a longer runway. We partner with custom builders on complete painting packages, from drywall finishing to the final coats, so the space is ready for handoff and the next trade is not waiting on us.

Offices and professional spaces

  • Executive offices and conference rooms

Clean cut lines at ceilings and trim. These are the rooms clients sit in.

  • Open workspace and cubicle zones

Long wall runs, so consistent technique and batching keep the finish even.

  • Reception and customer-facing areas

The first impression, so we schedule it for when the doors are closed.

  • Break rooms and common areas

Washable finishes for the rooms that take the most daily wear.

Retail and customer spaces

  • Storefront and display areas

Color and finish shape how the brand reads from the sidewalk.

  • Sales floors and customer walkways

Evening and weekend work, so the floor opens on time.

  • Fitting rooms and service counters

Small spaces touched all day, so the finish has to be durable.

  • Storage and back of house

Staff work here all day, so it gets the same prep as the front.

Medical and healthcare facilities

  • Patient rooms and waiting areas

Calm, clean surfaces in products chosen for healthcare environments.

  • Examination and treatment rooms

Materials and techniques suited to infection control protocols.

  • Laboratory and clinical areas

Sterile environments, so product choice comes before color.

  • Administrative and staff areas

Scheduled around clinic hours, like everything else.
